Beginner I Salsa Group Lessons

BEGINNER I SALSA CLASS for the absolute beginner This is a 4-week, 1-hour-a week progressive class.  You will learn the foundation needed to be able to dance salsa well.  Leading and following techniques are taught in this class.  Fun is a big part of the class experience.  Registration is at 6:45 pm at KCDC Class  7:00 - 8:00 pm  Tuesdays Cost:  Only  $40 per person for the month -  $60 per couple         ($20 per person for repeat students) Wear comfortable clothing, slick-bottom shoes that slide, not grab. Beginner II Salsa Group Lessons

BEGINNER II SALSA CLASS   This BEGINNER II SALSA CLASS is the next step in your SALSA addiction.  It is a continuation of Beginner I.  You will apply the techniques learned in Beginner I to the moves and combinations taught in this class.  This class will take you into the arena of learning more combinations in conjunction with learning more leading and following techniques.   Like Beginner I, this calss is a 4-week, 1-hour-a-week progressive class.  This is definitely a fun-filled class with lots of moves, styling, techniques and laughter. Registration is 15 minutes before class at KCDC Class  8:15 - 9:15 pm Tuesdays Cost:  Only  $40 per person for the month -  $60 per couple         ($20 per person for repeat students) Wear comfortable clothing, slick-bottom shoes that slide, not grab the floor. Method of payment:  Cash is preferred, checks okay, to John Morey. How do you get ready for this class? Keep dancing. Practice all your BEGINNER I techniques. CHECK THIS OUT!!!!!!!!! Your friends are taking SALSA and have been bugging you to take it, you cannot commit to a weekly schedule, the weekdays are just rough on you, you think you have two left feet ... Well !  Here is the class for you!!  You can learn to salsa in ONE DAY!

If you are an absolute beginner or know the basic salsa step then this is YOUR CLASS.  There should not be any excuse or any reason why you could not find the time to take SALSA BOOTCAMP.  Here it is!  ONE DAY!   In one day, you will learn how to dance SALSA!!

Here's what you need to know to attend SALSA BOOTCAMP:

BACHATA GROUP CLASS for the absolute beginner Like rap in the U.S., bachata began in the Dominican Republic as the music of the poor.  It is now overwhelmingly popular with Latinos in the U.S.  Learn BACHATA moves at the bachata class! You will learn how to dance the basic step, half pivot in closed position, inside turns, and free spins.  Included are the techniques associated with the moves plus styling and foot work.  The level of instruction is beginner.  MAKE YOUR DANCING MORE INTERESTING ADD BACHATA MOVES! If you want to widen your dancing skills and improve your technique then do not miss the BACHATA GROUP CLASS!   Wear comfortable clothing, slick-bottom shoes that slide, not grab. Method of payment:  Cash is preferred, checks okay, to John Morey. Registration begins 15 min. before class at KCDC.  Please come and register early;  class will start on time.
